What is the warranty policy?
Our shoes come with a 1 year manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase, which includes faults in material, workmanship and other manufacturing errors. The policy does not cover normal wear and tear.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, we allow refunds and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. These are free or subsidised depending on your region, and must be completed via our portal. See here for more details.
